CNC Milling (3-axis & 5-axis)

High-speed 3-axis and 5-axis CNC centers for complex prismatic parts, deep pockets, and tight-tolerance features. We routinely machine features down to ±0.005 mm in aluminum, steel, stainless and engineering plastics.

CNC Turning & Swiss Turning

Multi-axis lathes with live tooling and sub-spindles for complete shaft, bushing and turned-component production in one setup. Bar feeders allow unattended high-volume runs up to Ø65 mm bar stock.

5-Axis Simultaneous Machining

For complex aerospace brackets, medical implants and robotics components that demand multi-side machining in a single setup. Eliminates re-fixturing errors and reveals contours impossible on 3-axis machines.

Wire EDM & Sinker EDM

For hardened tool steel, tungsten carbide and intricate geometries that conventional cutting cannot reach. ±0.005 mm accuracy with no mechanical force on the workpiece — ideal for delicate or heat-treated parts.

Surface Finishing & Anodizing

In-house anodizing (Type II & Type III hardcoat) plus bead blasting, tumbling, powder coating and laser engraving. Color options include clear, black, blue, red, gold and custom Pantone matches.

CMM & Quality Inspection

Every order is inspected on calibrated equipment before shipment. We supply first-article, in-process and final inspection reports in PDF, plus raw CMM data when required.
