TechFoor machines production parts in Shenzhen, China, and this section is organised by part type rather than by industry. Brackets and robot end effector components are the two families covered first, usually in 6061-T6 or 7075-T6.
A bracket and a gripper plate can be cut from the same aluminium and still fail differently — a bracket on flatness and hole spacing, an end effector component on its flange face and the hole pattern around the tool centre point.
Part types we cover today
- CNC machined brackets — structural supports where flatness, hole spacing and wall thickness decide fit.
- Robot end effector components — tooling plates, adapter plates and gripper bodies where the mounting interface decides repeatability.
- More families are in preparation; we publish a page only once we can describe the part honestly. If yours is not listed yet, send the drawing anyway.
Capabilities, materials and finishing
- Milling to 800 x 500 x 500 mm and turning Ø3 to Ø65 mm, plus 5-axis, wire EDM and grinding.
- +/-0.05 mm general, +/-0.025 mm on critical features only and +/-0.005 mm on precision aluminium and steel; ISO 2768-m default.
- Ra 1.6 to 3.2 um as-machined, with Ra 0.4 um achievable on request.
- Aluminium, 316L and 17-4PH stainless, 4140 steel, Ti-6Al-4V, PEEK and hard alloys such as Inconel 718.
- No minimum order for prototypes; production from 50 pieces per order (50 to 5,000 band).
Finishing is in-house, from bead blasting and anodizing to powder coating, plating, passivation and laser marking. The surface finish specification guide shows how to call out a finish.

Frequently asked questions
What part types do you machine?
Brackets and robot end effector components are the two documented here, on top of the general work in our capabilities.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
No minimum for prototypes — we machine single pieces. Production is usually quoted from 50 pieces.
What files do you need to quote?
STEP and a PDF drawing with tolerances. PDF alone is not enough — any part with curved surfaces needs STEP.
How fast can you quote and ship?
A free DFM review and a firm quote within one business day, then prototypes in 3 to 5 working days and production in 2 to 4 weeks.
